In addition to leading the agency, William serves on its board of directors and is chairman emeritus of the College of Communication and Information at Florida State University, where he was the first to serve two consecutive terms as chair. He also received his Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from the university. William serves on the advisory board of Sionic Mobile which provides mobile loyalty, payments and marketing services.
