Blair brings more than 25 years of proven strategic communications experience to his role as executive vice president where he leads one of the agency’s public relations accounts teams and also serves as a content advisor for the agency’s Marketing Services team.

He has worked closely with organizations ranging from early-stage start-ups to large Fortune 500 enterprise companies to advise them on the development and execution of their Go To Media programs. He has worked successfully with companies operating in fintech, banktech, procuretech, insuretech, mortgage, auto and consumer lending and his responsibilities have included strategic planning, media plan development, crisis communications, media/executive training, corporate and product launch programs, M&A, content marketing program development and execution, print and digital media and industry influencer relations.

In addition to his role at William Mills Agency, Blair is a member of Watkinsville, GA-based Oconee State Bank’s Community Advisory Council and has also served as an adjunct instructor at his alma mater, the University of Georgia’s Henry W. Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. A UGA “Double Dawg,” he holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Master of Mass Communication degree in Public Relations from UGA.
