Glen Sarvady serves as the Content Advisor for William Mills Agency, bringing more than 25 years of payments and fintech expertise to the agency’s editorial strategy and thought leadership initiatives. A veteran industry consultant, Glen helps financial institutions, merchants, and ISOs make sense of the rapidly evolving payments landscape through actionable insights, data-driven analysis, and strategic guidance. His subject-matter expertise spans online payments, digital wallets, customer segmentation, and consumer behavior.

In addition to his role at WMA, Glen is the founder of 154 Advisors, a consultancy focused on helping clients navigate payments modernization and emerging trends. Prior to founding 154 Advisors in 2015, he co-led McKinsey’s payments-focused Global Concepts unit and held senior operating and financial roles at CheckFree from 1997–2005—covering nearly the company’s entire tenure as a public firm prior to its acquisition by Fiserv. He has also managed Deluxe’s Financial Services check and payments programs, served as a Federal Reserve Bank examiner, and was part of the team that launched the University of Pennsylvania Student Federal Credit Union.

Glen holds a BA in Economics/Mathematical Methods from Northwestern University and an MBA from The Wharton School. A frequent industry speaker and widely published thought leader, he is also a founding director of the Technology Association of Georgia’s FinTech Society.
