William Mills Agency Adds Mary Curtis, Angelo Jones, Alyssa Maker, Jacob HamiltonWilliam Mills Agency, a premier financial public relations and content marketing services company, has hired Mary Curtis as senior account agent; Angelo Jones as account associate; Jacob Hamilton as account coordinator; and Alyssa Maker as digital marketing coordinator.

As senior account agent, Curtis delivers public relations support to mortgage and digital banking clients. This includes managing day-to-day client communication, strategically advising C-level executives, working directly with media and crafting integrated public relations campaigns, press releases, byline articles, case studies, speaker proposals and social media messaging. Prior to joining WMA, she was public relations manager for U.S. Antique Shows and public relations coordinator and associate editor of Gwinnett Magazine. Curtis earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Kennesaw State University.

As an account associate, Jones serves as a day-to-day client contact while establishing relationships with key industry and national media, analysts and influencers. Before working with William Mills, he supported public relations activities for the Proctor & Gamble and IKEA accounts in Ketchum’s NYC headquarters. Jones also worked with the St. Louis Business Journal, where he spearheaded the planning for the 30 under 30 awards and assisted with the legislative and most influential business women awards. Jones holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication with an emphasis on public relations from Southeast Missouri State University.

As an account coordinator, Jacob Hamilton prepares client activity reports, monitors client coverage, pitches interviews and writes press releases, press kits, media advisories and bylined articles. Prior to joining the agency, Hamilton worked as a senate aide in the Georgia senate press office during the 2016 Georgia General Assembly session. He earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and political science from the University of Georgia.

As digital marketing coordinator, Maker handles marketing automation software, social media, web development and blogging services for clients and the agency. She previously served as an outreach promoter with the Krannert Center activities board, as the public relations committee chair for Berry College’s end of semester festival and as a public relations intern for mRELEVANCE. Maker is Hubspot certified and earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Berry College.
