William Mills Agency Continues Growth with Key Additions to Account Services TeamsWilliam Mills Agency, the largest independent public relations and marketing firm specializing in the financial industry, continues to grow its talented account services staff with the additions of Alexa Galloway, Mallory Wilkerson and Joelle Chiasson as Account Coordinators and Madeline Russo and Alena Roberts as Account Associates.

Prior to joining the agency, Galloway served as a digital marketing representative with a privately-held financial advisory firm, where she handled all virtual promotional efforts and represented the company as its day-to-day customer relations contact. Galloway graduated from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor of science degree in communications.

Wilkerson worked as the brand partnerships intern for Nashville-based Nisolo before joining the agency. While there, she organized an email acquisition campaign with a reach of more than two million consumers. She also gained retail industry experience as an intern on Saks Fifth Avenue’s planning team in New York where she completed both data analytics and trend forecasting work. Wilkerson earned a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing from the University of Georgia.

Chiasson brings financial industry experience to William Mills Agency through her prior work for an Atlanta-based wealth management firm. She has also worked for The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Fla., serving as a point of contact to address concerns, requests and resolve issues for guests. Chiasson holds a bachelor of science degree in mass communications from the University of West Georgia.

Prior to joining the agency, Russo worked at a digital marketing agency that specializes in helping technology companies. There, she assisted in developing and managing inbound marketing campaigns for multiple clients. Russo is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where she earned a bachelor of arts degree in English.

Roberts comes to William Mills Agency following a stint as a marketing and business development coordinator for Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, a mid-size law firm in Atlanta. There, she coordinated all marketing events, produced all promotional materials and aided in several marketing initiatives. Roberts also served as a public relations account coordinator for Full Tilt Consulting where she was responsible for managing various public relations projects and creating public relations content. Roberts graduated from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor of science degree in communication.
