Joelle has more than five years of proven strategic communications experience with both for-profit and non-profit organizations. She has worked on both the PR and marketing sides of WMA, bringing a unique perspective and expertise to the agency's marketing services division. 

As director of marketing, Joelle leads a team of fintech-focused B2B digital, content and inbound marketers, provides strategic counsel for clients, and manages new business initiatives for marketing services. Having experienced being the day-to-day for both PR and marketing clients, Joelle is able to identify messaging and communications strategies effective for media, prospects, and customers.

She has managed the communications strategies for clients in various stages, including Series A funding rounds and rebrands. Joelle uses her experience to get inside the minds of buyers on behalf of her team's clients and identify messaging and marketing tactics to meet their needs.

Outside of work, Joelle enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and dog. She is a long-time participant in annual runDisney events and is passionate about helping others along their running or walking journey. To unwind, she can be found working on her latest knitting project and enjoying a glass of bold, red wine.

Joelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from University of West Georgia. She holds various HubSpot certifications.
