Amber Bush spoke to Richard Whiddon, SVP of Business Development at agency client Strategic Resource Management (SRM). Richard shares his thoughts on driving out friction in digital payments and the rise of digital account acquisition. Richard predicts that next year at Money 20/20 conversation will revolve around reducing the amount of clicks required to complete a task, not only in customer-facing applications but also in the back office of financial institutions.
