Eloise B. Mills
Media Director/Chief Financial Officer

Eloise Mills has more than 30 years experience, having been with the agency since its inception.  She supervises media planning, buying and negotiation services for the agency’s clients. She also oversees all accounting, payroll and billing functions.

Eloise is a principal in the company owning the building where William Mills Agency has its headquarters.

Before joining the agency, she worked at Girzzard Advertising and Fred Worrill Advertising.   She graduated cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
